This group has been designed for people that are ready to give up the diets and are ready to make healthy changes into their lives for a healthier body.
We are a friendly group of like-minded members that share their stories and inspirations around food and fitness helping to support and encourage each other, with help and expertise from our group mentors and nutritionist.
The groups are designed to:
- Meet regularly to build rapport and educate members around the myths and downfalls of eating habits.
- Measure our successes! We carry out weekly weigh-in sessions to help with accountability of what you are eating and also the chance to discuss barriers and achievements.
- Motivate and inspire each other. With regular fun features and guest speakers, the bar is set for members to leave raring to go and ready to do it!
